Reply: The Organizational structure of Department of Posts is given in Chapter-I of Volume-II which is available in India Post website which is in public domain

Reply: Postmasters of Head Post Offices have both Administrative as well as Operative duties.
Q3 Whether Posts of SSP/SP is Administrative or Operative?
He / She is an Administrative Authority
Q4.Whether Posts of ASP(HQ) working in Divisional Office is Administrative or Operative?
These posts are of Administrative nature
Q5 Whether post of SDI/ASP working in Sub Division is Administrative or Operative?
The posts of SDI/ASP working in Sub-division are Administrative in nature.
Q6 Whether a Chief Postmaster General can order to open and Administrative Office (5days a week) on Saturday or not in your Department?
Matters relating to working hours and number of days etc., is decided by DoPT which is binding on all the Central Govt. Departments.
