Error In AePS Transactions From SBI Accounts

Greetings for the day!!

We have observed that the AePS for SBI customers at our bank terminals, almost 50% of the transactions are declined. In case any queries arises from the customers regarding the same kindly guide them with the following points

👉 SBI have made some change at their end and now customers not having mobile number updated in CBS will not be able to perform AePS.

Clarify that it is not IPPB related and all Banks servicing AepS customers of SBI will be impacted due to these changes in SBI. Guide the customers to contact their SBI parent branch.
