The competent authority has approved the below mentioned SAP Downtime activities:-
1. Addition of two app servers in SAP ECP system
Downtime window: Sunday, 26th November 2023 6:00 AM to Monday, 27th November 6:00 PM.
Business Impact: All SAP Modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS, DPMS, Track N Trace, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and Call Center will be impacted.
2. DC Servers - Chassis CR7 CH7 & CR7 CH10 - Firmware up-gradation to latest version
Downtime Window: Saturday, 25th November 2023 8:00 PM to Sunday, 26thth November 2023 11:00 AM
Business Impact: As these are DC chassis /
servers and there will be no impact on production as critical applications are working with redundant server. Servers in the particular chassis will be shutdown during the activity.
3. AD and Infra server OS upgrade
Downtime Window: Friday, 24th November 2023 6:00 PM to Saturday, 25thth November 2023 10:00 AM
Business Impact: No impact
